“ QUALITY IS NOT AN ACT, IT IS A HABIT “

We have trained our work force on Quality Assurance as per real meaning given by great philosopher “ Aristotle” as above. We are maintaining “Zero Defects” concepts throughout the production process in each and every departments helping us to reach very precision industry such as European mobile phone and accessories market. There are three stage quality inspections with our production.

  • Incoming inspection to ensure correct raw material for all the production lines.

  • On Line inspection to perfect the production with given product specification and approved samples from customers,

  • Final Inspection before deliveries to ensure the correct product reach our valued customers.

    • All the quality complaint analysis will be held by quality control department and they will reply with deep analysis report as per 8D analysis.
